HOTEL ISA, Rome – Your ideal downtown stay

My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were clean, stylish, and filled with all the right amenities, creating a delightful 'art deco' suite experience. The service was top-notch, with staff members who were very obliging and attentive, making my first stay in Rome special. The location was lovely too, allowing easy exploration of Rome and the Vatican. The dining experience offered a great variety, including a chef cooking fresh omelettes, all with beautiful views of the Justice Building and Vatican. The facilities were excellent overall, enhancing my experience.

The hotel was a delightful stay with big, tastefully decorated rooms offering a comfy bed, spacious bathroom, and a small but very useful balcony. However, there were niggles like a non-working door lock, no key for the safe, and inadequate hot water. The service was very helpful and effective, though some staff were grumpy. The location, near Piazza Cavour, was quite good for exploring the main spots. The dining experience was fabulous with plenty of options. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, soundproof to some extent, but they had some issues with the shower and a very hot hairdryer. The lack of storage space was inconvenient. The service provided varied from excellent at the rooftop bar to a bit short and unwelcoming at times, which did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. The location was excellent, being near major attractions and having a beautiful rooftop breakfast setting, even though the plates were small. The dining experience was great with a variety of options and a bonus of fresh omelettes cooked to your liking. Overall, the hotel had its highlights but also some areas that needed improvement.

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooftop terrace bar, thanks to Willy, made for an exceedingly lovely experience. The rooms, though not internally connected, were clean and comfy. The power of the air conditioning was a bit weak, but overall, it was a pleasant stay. The service was excellent, with the staff at the registration desk being very obliging and keen to assist. The location was superb, within walking distance of Rome's major tourist attractions and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The dining experience was decent, especially with the rooftop setting looking out towards the illuminated Vatican.

My stay at the hotel was overall great! The rooms were very clean and exactly what we needed after exploring Italy for two weeks. However, there were some minor issues like a faulty door lock and lack of bathroom ventilation. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, but unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with theft in my room. The location was absolutely perfect, near the Vatican and other major attractions, with a lovely rooftop bar to enjoy. The dining options were good, though a bit repetitive. Despite some drawbacks, I felt safe and had a wonderful time in the area.
